You can return the product in order to exchange it with another one within (5) five calendar days from its receipt as shown by the statements of the transport company from which you received it, free of charge. The product to be returned must be in excellent condition and in intact packaging and not used. Is there a refund?

Yes, you get a refund. However, we note that no refund will be made for any product used, and you also do not refund any shipping costs given for the delivery of the product to the customer.
