Returns:
You can return the product in order to exchange it with another one within (5) five calendar days from its receipt as shown by the statements of the transport company from which you received it, free of charge. The product to be returned must be in excellent condition and in intact packaging and not used. In this case, after our information, we organize the return of the product with one of the courier companies that we cooperate with.

Can I cancel my order?
UrbanoMilano.com gives you the opportunity to cancel or modify your order at no cost if it has not been delivered to the carrier. If the shipment is gone from us then you will be charged the amount of 5 euros. Is there a refund?
Yes, you get a refund. However, we note that no refund will be made for any product used, and you also do not refund any shipping costs given for the delivery of the product to the customer. If the packaging has been altered in any way, you will be charged the amount of 20 euros. Refunds are made by deposit in your personal credit card you pay by.
Upon request for a refund, the responsibility for the return of the product as well as shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
